Importing documents
Importing documents is an important part of many processes, often taking part at the beginning of a workflow (Konducta). Importing documents is also an important part of building a document repository that serves other processes (Kollecta). This page describes the two tools currently offered by Kontrolla to support importing documents to both Konducta Workflow and Kollecta Document Management.
Kontrolla Capture
Kontrolla Capture will import images, typically from a scanner, and process them into documents that are imported into a process or repository.
When used in conjunction with Konducta, it will import documents, and attach each document to a new task.
When used in conjunction with Kollecta, it will import documents together with data from a linked system, when so configured.
Kontrolla Import
Kontrolla Import will import files, typically in PDF format, into a process or repository. It will accept import from email, the filing system or simply using drag-and-drop.Documents can then be organised into queues automatically and imported into a process or repository.
When used in conjunction with Konducta, it will import documents, and attach each document to a new task.
When used in conjunction with Kollecta, it will import documents together with data from a linked system, when so configured.
