Implementation Services

Kontrolla provide a range of services to implement a business system that meets your requirements. Konducta contains a great deal of pre-built functionality so the amount of services required to deliver most requirements is typically modest.

Design

Design of a process requires a unique blend of skills – the ability to understand both the business process itself and the technical capabilities required to realise it.

This is partly high-level – to graphically represent the process as a set of interconnected building blocks. It is also partly low-level – to define the forms, data and behaviour.

The design is captured in a document that defines how the system will operate.

Realisation

Our consultants will create a process as defined in the design. This will involve: creating the flow, forms, data definition and behaviour.

The Konducta process designer provides all the necessary elements to achieve this, including standard Microsoft development tools.

If there is a need to amend the design, even at this stage, Konducta provides the flexibility to cope with this and adjust easiliy.

Readiness

Once the process has been built, it will be unit-tested. Following this it will be made available to your users.

These users will be trained on the process and a period follows when the users will spend time testing, reporting any issues to us and we fix those issues which are then re-tested.

Once all issues have been eliminated the process is ready for production operation.

Support

Kontrolla provides its customers with a full support service that is available during normal business hours. This service will endeavour to rectify or advise on any issue that arises during operation of the client’s process including:

  • Error arising in the operation of the process
  • Error arising from unvalidated data
  • General advice on the client’s process
  • General advice on the facilities provided via Kontrolla software products
